Stephen and I are heading up north this morning to fish what many consider the ultimate trout stream of Wisconsin. We hope to bring back lots of photos, videos, and stories of our journey to share with you. Check this space Monday for an initial report.

Fish the lower 1/3 with raps, spinners, crawlers, spawn sac. Hopefully you will hook up with lake run browns. Leave your light line at home.

We gave the river our damnedest but didn’t come up with any lunkers. What a beautiful river though. We’ll be back! A trip report is in the works.
